Northstar Realty Group is a South Surrey based real estate team brokered by Engel and Volkers Ocean Park, serving buyers and sellers across the Fraser Valley including South Surrey, White Rock, Cloverdale, Langley, and Surrey.

Northstar Realty Group sponsors families at Christmas through local high schools, donates regularly to the food bank, and contributes to the food hampers put together for families through Peace Portal Church. Tyler Waldron

Tyler Waldron is a Fraser Valley Medallion Club member ranking among the top 10% of REALTORS in the region, and one of the few advisors in the market who holds dual licences as both a realtor and a mortgage broker. At Northstar Realty Group, Tyler brings a structured, education first approach to every client relationship, grounded in the belief that confident decisions come from a clear understanding of the full picture.

Before entering real estate, Tyler spent over a decade as a licensed residential plumber. That background gave him a practical understanding of how homes are built and reinforced values that still define how he works today. He takes real estate seriously, moves with purpose, and believes that getting the strategy right at the start is what makes everything else easier.

Through his mortgage broker licence with DLC / A Better Way Mortgage Group, Tyler is also able to align his clients financing strategy with their real estate goals from day one. That integrated approach is what sets Northstar apart from every other team in the market.

Tyler lives and works in the same community where he is raising his family. Outside of work you will find him on the golf course, at the BBQ, or spending time with his wife and son.

I began my real estate career at 21, bringing fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a modern perspective to the industry.
